Local cow's milk is used to make this Swiss Raclette cheese right here in Sutton's Bay, Michigan. After 25 years of making this award-winning melting cheese, John and Annie Holt have passed their recipe and methods on to Gary Smith and Joshua Hall who are continuing the tradition. Best enjoyed while rambling the rural back roads on a scenic tour paired with some cured meat and fresh veggies.
